The truth is, anyone with a bit of patience and a computer can do research then hit the  'Apply Now' button, but not everyone has the time and experience to find the best lending solution.

I will save you countless hours sifting through the internet, looking at multiple lenders, calling multiple lenders for more information, comparing multiple products, rates and fees only to be more confused about the best choice.

Even a comparison site cannot ask you all the important questions. It is not just about how much you earn and if you want a fixed or variable loan. It is about where you are at now, and where you want to be tomorrow. It is about your lifestyle as much as it is your finances.

Who doesn't want to save money? Not only is my service free, I always look to negotiate where the situation allows me to. If one lender has a special promotion a broker is the first to know. With this in mind, we'll always have the more accurate and up to date information to compare with.

There are so many internet savvy and super intelligent people out there, but no one knows lenders better than brokers. Each lender will have different products, policies, and persona when it comes to home loans. Using a broker is like hiring a specialist to work for you, but at no cost.

That is exactly what I am. You'll see in my 'About Me' page that I have a small family and will work my butt right off in my job. You are not dealing with multiple people and multiple personalities (not that I am aware of) when you contact me.
